- Communications by means of a computer with:
- A person who is or apparently is under the age of eighteen years for the purpose of facilitating the following criminal offences:
- Sexual exploitation
- Incest
- Child pornography
- Procuring child prostitution
- Sexual assault
- A person who is or believed to be under the age of sixteen for the purpose of facilitating the following criminal offences:
- Sexual interference
- Invitation to sexual touching
- Bestiality
- Indecent act (genital exposure)
- Child abduction
