Arrest Made in Fortinos Pharmacy Robbery

On December 31st 2017, at approximately 8:10 am the Pharmacy at the Fortinos Grocery Store located at 173 Lakeshore Rd E, Oakville was robbed by a lone male suspect. The suspect produced what was later determined to be a BB Gun and ordered an employee to hand over narcotics. The employee incurred a minor injury to his hand during the robbery. The suspect was described as:

  • Male white,
  • in his 20s
  • approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall
  • slim build
  • wearing a black mask and black hoodie

Police responded to the above location and through information obtained from witnesses and investigation were able to quickly identify the suspect as Jesse GRAY, 25 years old of Milton.  GRAY was subsequently located later on December 31st, 2017 and arrested.  GRAY was charged with:

  • Robbery with firearm
  • Disguise with Intent
  • Utter threat to cause death or bodily harm

GRAY was held for a Bail hearing.
