On Wednesday February 7th, 2018 Halton Regional Police Service responded to a head on motor vehicle collision in the area of Guelph Line and Limestone Road in the Town of Milton.
At approximately 5:30PM a SUV style vehicle operated by a 74 year old Rockwood man was travelling northbound on Guelph Line when it collided with a southbound pickup truck operated by a 51 year old Campbellville resident.
The driver of the SUV was pronounced at the scene and the driver of the pickup truck was transported to Milton District Hospital without life threatening injuries.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit attended and took carriage of the investigation.
Guelph line was closed for approximately six hours and the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
