On Saturday November 24th, 2018 the Halton Regional Police Service responded to a report of a serious injury collision, involving a single motor vehicle near 9686 Regional Road 25, in the town of Halton Hills.
At approximately 6:57pm, a 46 year old male resident of Mississauga was traveling northbound on Regional Road 25 when his 2008 Silver Honda Civic left the roadway and entered a nearby field. The driver was tended to by passing motorists and 9-1-1 was called. Early medically assessments deemed the male to possibly be suffering from serious medical distress at which point he was transported to Milton District Hospital. Unfortunately due to the severity of the males condition he died in hospital.
Due to the nature of the situation, the Halton Regional Police Collision Reconstruction Unit responded and took carriage of the investigation. The scene was held for approximately 2.5 hours for the at-scene collision investigation.
