Missing Oakville Resident Located


Missing Oakville resident Lindsay MOYER has been located in good health. Police wish to thank media outlets and members of the public for their assistance in this matter.

The Halton Regional Police Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing Oakville man.

Lindsay MOYER was last seen at approximately 07:00am on March 1st 2019, leaving his Oakville residence.  He is a described as a white male, 70 years of age, 5'11" tall, 166lbs, slim build with white hair and scar on the right side of his forehead. Mr. MOYER was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and black boots. (See attached photo of missing male).

Family members and Police are becoming increasingly concerned for his well-being.   Mr. MOYER is believed to be operating a 2017 white 4door Honda Civic with Ontario licence plates BHCT 447. Family last spoke with Mr. MOYER at approximately 09:00am on the 1st of March 2019 and have been unable to make contact since.

Anyone with information regarding Mr. MOYER's whereabouts is asked to contact the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4747 ext. 2216 or the on duty Staff Sergeant at ext. 2210.
