Impaired Driving Offences Within Halton Region

​On April 12, 2019, just after 7:30 am, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of First Nassagaweya Line and Side Road 28 in Milton. As a result of an investigation, Scott Brownridge (30) of Guelph was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 12, 2019, just after 4:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Ninth Line and Dundas Street East in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, David Maltar (44) of Burlington was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 12, 2019, just before 5:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Appleby Line and Upper Middle Road in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Jean-Paul Morgan (28) of Burlington was charged with operation while impaired.

On April 12, 2019, just before 5:30 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Robinson Street and Dunn Street in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, Colin Pendlebury (23) of Oakville was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 12, 2019, just before 11:00 pm, Halton Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Main Street East and James Snow Parkway in Milton.  As a result of an investigation, Clark Stewart (46) of Milton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 13, 2019, just after 12:00 am, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Guelph Line and Campbellville Road in Milton. As a result of an investigation, David Robillard (54) of Milton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 13, 2019, just before 2:00 am, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Maple Avenue and Maple Crossing Boulevard in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Allen Taylor (56) of Burlington was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 13, 2019, just after 3:00 am, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Treversh Common and Reimer Common in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Marian Ion (57) of Burlington was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 13, 2019 just after 10:00 pm, Halton Police officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. initiative in the area of Lakeshore Road East and Eastport Drive in Burlington. As a result of this initiative, Bradley Rexworthy (29) of Stoney Creek was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 13, 2019, just after 11:30 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Young Street and Peel Street in Acton. As a result of an investigation, Sara Gardezi (34) of Acton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 14, 2019, just after 12:00 am, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Thompson Road and Main Street East in Milton. As a result of an investigation, Craig Vokey (65) of Milton was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On April 14, 2019, just before 1:30 am, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Plains Road East and King Road in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Jonathan Carter (36) of Hamilton was charged with operation while impaired and fail or refuse to comply with demand.

On April 14, 2019, just after 12:30 pm, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Third Line and Dundas Steet in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, Christine Proteau (29) of Hamilton was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

The Halton Regional Police Service remains committed to road safety through prevention, education and enforcement initiatives.

Members of the public are reminded that driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol is a crime in progress and to call 9-1-1 immediately to report a suspected impaired driver.
