Oakville Officers Search For Missing Elderly Male

Halton Regional Police Service officers in Oakville are trying to locate 75 year old Antonio "Tony" Mazzucco, who was last seen leaving his residence on foot in the area of Lakeshore Road/East Street yesterday afternoon. Mr. Mazzucco has been diagnosed as schizophrenic, and police have some concerns for his safety. There are no concerns regarding self harm.

Tony was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants, and dark leather shoes, such as in the attached picture. He speaks Italian, with very limited English. Tony is believed to be travelling on foot, but could possibly be utilizing public transit. Tony is approximately 5'5" tall, with a slim build, and grey hair.

The Halton Regional Police Service requests assistance from the public in locating Tony, and ensuring his safety. If you think that you've seen Tony or know where he is, please call 9-1-1 and let us know. Your cooperation in this matter is very much appreciated.
