Halton Regional Police Service Seeking Stakeholder Input for New Strategic Plan

​The Halton Regional Police Service, in partnership with the Halton Regional Police Services Board, has embarked upon a process to develop a new Strategic Plan to replace the existing document, which expires at the end of 2019.

The Board and the Chief of Police are seeking input from a range of stakeholders and would like to extend an invitation to the citizens and business owners of Halton to participate in public meetings during the upcoming weeks. The details of the four meetings are as follows:

Oakville: 

Wednesday May 29, 2019 (7:00 pm – 9:00 pm) Oakville Town Hall, Oakville/Trafalgar Room - 1225 Trafalgar Road

Burlington: 

Thursday May 30, 2019 (7:00 pm – 9:00 pm)

Tansley Woods Recreation Centre, Community Room 1 - 1996 Itabashi Way

Halton Hills: 

Monday June 3, 2019 (7:00 pm – 9:00 pm)

Mold-Masters SportsPlex, Gordon Alcott Heritage Hall – 221 Guelph Street, Georgetown

Milton: 

Tuesday June 4, 2019 (7:00 pm – 9:00 pm)

Milton Town Hall, Hugh Foster Hall, 141 King Street

Members of the public are invited to attend any of the above meetings to hear about the Halton Regional Police Service and the development of a new Strategic Plan. A facilitated discussion will be conducted with the goal of identifying issues and themes that should be addressed within the new Plan.
