Police Investigating Male Throwing Sign Onto Highway

The Halton Regional Police Service is aware of a video circulating online depicting a male throwing a traffic sign off of a highway overpass.  Police investigation has determined that this occurred on the Winston Churchill Boulevard overpass of the Queen Elizabeth Way, in Oakville.  The sign was thrown down onto the live, east-bound lanes of the highway.  Police have not determined when this incident occurred.

The behaviour depicted in this video is extremely dangerous and criminal in nature.  The Halton Regional Police Service is committed to identifying the person(s) responsible.
