A driven, committed and highly respected Executive HR Leader with extensive multi-disciplinary experience creating value-add through organizational development and executing on strategic HR initiatives that enable business excellence. Most recently employed as VP HR at De Beers Canada for 10 years and previously holding senior level positions within manufacturing, facilities management and services, aerospace and electrical distribution industries. Currently engaged in HR consulting with medium sized organizations.
Ingrid has served as a member of the Board of Governors of Sheridan College, Oakville, Board Director of Oakville Hydro, Vice-Chair of Blue Hills Family Services, Aurora, Chair of MiHR (Mining Industry Human Resources Council), Chair of OMA (Ontario Mining Association) Education and Outreach Committee. Currently she is a Board member of the Living Arts Centre, Mississauga, and of the Oakville Senior Citizens Residence.
As a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a B.A., and the recipient of the Arts Alumni Achievement Award in 2010, residing in Burlington, Ingrid's interests and contributions focus on delivering service excellence through Board involvement, reflecting the needs, values and expectations of the communities they represent and protect.
