In support of Community Mobilization and Engagement, the Halton Regional Police Service has established a Community Mobilization Bureau (CMB) in each District (municipality) in the Region. These Bureaus work with community partners to collaborate on local community safety and wellbeing strategies. Each CMB includes a Staff Sergeant and two Sergeants who oversee the officers working in the following Teams:

Some of the topics covered include:
Members of the public requesting speakers, a District tour, or Service participation at a community event should contact the appropriate District Community Mobilization Bureau manager (30) days in advance of the proposed event.

The District Uniform Support Team (DUST) comprises officers who assist in the delivery of front-line policing services that are responsive to specific and high call-volume peak time needs, as identified through the use of police analytics data.
