Offence Description: On June 26, 2016 a male attended the Canadian Tire gas bar and pumped $65.00 of fuel. The male made no attempt to pay and exited the lot. Vehicle is a 2005-2009 Black Dodge Caravan, missing the front plate. The store owner was able to obtain the rear plate. During the investigation it was found the plate used was reported stolen out of Markham Ontario. Ont Marker BWZN619 (stolen) |
