Use Fraudulent Credit Card, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Theft Under $5,000

Offence Description:

On February 10, 2017, between 3:45 and 4:45 p.m., the victim had credit cards stolen from their motor vehicle while it was parked in the retail plaza at Thompson Road and Maple Ave in the Town of Milton. Shortly after, the credit cards were used to make numerous fraudulent transactions at various local stores. The suspect was observed to be using a white Dodge Caravan (2007 model or similar) with no front plate attached.

The suspect is described as: Suspect: male, 18-25 years old, approximately 6' tall and 160 lbs, brown hair, wearing black pants, black boots, and a black winter jacket with a black fur neckline and two distinct silver coloured zippers around the abdomen.
