Offence Description:

On March 10th 2018 Halton Police attended the Ikea located at 1065 Plains Rd E in the City of Burlington. The victim had contacted Police advising his jacket had been taken from the upstairs food court and was later found at the lost and found. Once he had his jacket back, $3000.00 in US 100 Dollar bills were missing from his left front pocket.

Video shows the suspects taking the jacket placing it in their cart. Close to the front doors, the male suspect removes what appears to be the envelop from the victims jacket and places it in his own pocket, with the female acting as a look out. The female suspect then takes the jacket. The male and female suspects then walked to the front doors. The male exits and the female is seen giving the jacket to an Ikea staff member.

The male suspect is white approximately 5'8 to 5'10 slender in build. He has short brown hair with lightly grown facial hair. The female suspect is white appropriately 5'7 with long brown hair.
