Offence Description:

March 20th 2019, the victim was shopping at Wal-Mart at Appleby Line. A male, 40's middle eastern approached her claiming to have found $5.00 and attempted to return it to her. Later he returned and claimed it was actually his wife's money and he retrieved the $5.00 from the Victim.  The Female/ Wife is described as: olive / tan complexion, approximately 30 years old, 5'5", 120lbs, smaller build, brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a hijab at the time of contact.

The victim later realized her bank card stolen.  The two Suspects were captured on video at the TD Bank using the victim's card.

Suspect #1: U/K gender, Olive/ tanned complexion, slim to medium build, early 30's, 5'4" - 5"7", wearing a dark coat and dark hat.

Suspect #2: Female, Olive/ tanned complexion, medium build, late 20's - early 30's,  5'4" - 5'7", wearing a purple long sleeve top, gray/ brown vest, gray scarf and a black ball cap with white lettering/ logo.
