Offence Description:

On November 7th 2018, the victim was shopping at Walmart in Burlington.  He was approached by a male and a "cash distraction" theft occurred. Several withdrawal and financial charges later occurred on the victim's credit card.

February 22nd 2019, a victim was at Wal-Mart where the same suspect observed her PIN entry. There was an interaction in the parking lot distracting the victim and her financial cards were stolen. The cards were later used at several locations in Burlington and Brampton.

Suspect #1: Male/ White, 30-35 years, medium build, approximately 5'9" -  5"10", 150-160 pounds wearing blue jeans, a black winter jacket, gray scarf and a "Straight out of Canada" baseball cap.

Suspect #2: Male/ White, 30-35 years, medium build, approximately 5'9" -  5"10", 150-160 pounds, Brown hair, facial hair/ beard, wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, and a black baseball cap.
