Offence Description: On Wednesday July 31st 2019 at 1:12pm in Georgetown, the suspect is observed stealing a mountain bicycle from a residential driveway. The mountain bike is a 29 inch Super Cycle Phantom recently purchased three weeks prior. The suspect is described as a male white 18 to 22 years old, medium build, wearing a black baseball cap, a dark armband on his left forearm, a cut off blue shirt with dark blue jeans and dark coloured shoes.
