Offence Description:

On 18SEP2019 the elderly victim was shopping at Wal-Mart and was approached by a male who claimed the victim had dropped a "20" dollar bill at the cash. The victim soon realized he no longer had his bank card. The victim's card was later used in several attempts to withdrawal cash from his account by these two suspects:

Suspect One: Male, white, tanned skin,  5-9 to 5'10, 25 to 30 years old, thin build, 170 lbs, trimmed black goatee.

Suspect Two: Male, white,5'9 to 5'11, 45 to 50 years old, medium build, 210 lbs, glasses.
