Offence Description:

Suspect 1: Male, white in late thirty’s, approximately 175 cm and 70 Kgs, brown hair, wearing a grey toque and black jacket and grey track pants, grey shoes and possibly glasses.

Suspect 2: Male, white in late thirty’s, approximately 180 cm and 70 kgs, brown hair, full beard wearing a baseball hat and dark jacket.

On Monday March 11th 2019 at 8:22pm, Suspect number 1 attends the LCBO located at 3365 Fairview Street, Burlington. He then selects a basket and attends the Scotch area where he proceeds to load up 8 bottles of Scotch and appears to be talking on the phone. Suspect 1 starts walking towards the entrance and this is when Suspect 2 enters the store with a LCBO buggy and holds the turnstile open for Suspect 1 who exits the store. Suspect 1 exited the store without making any attempt to pay for the items and Suspect 2 then turns around and exits the store and both are seen getting into an older model Mercedes vehicle, no plate obtained.
