Offence Description:

On Sunday, September 15, 2019 at about 4:22 p.m. a male suspect attended the LCBO located at 2025 Guelph Line in the City of Burlington. He picked up a shopping basket and then wandered around the store on his cell phone. He went to a section of the store known as "Vintages", selected some champagne, crouched down, and concealed three bottles inside his knapsack.  He exited the store without paying for the concealed merchandise. A second male suspect entered the store, wandered around the same section, and then crouched down and unzipped his bag. Staff entered the area and he selected a six pack of "Corona" beer which he eventually paid for.

Suspect #1: male, white, 30-35 years, 5'10", 180 lbs, medium build, short dark brown hair with receding hair line, close cropped beard, purple and blue v neck long sleeved top, black knapsack, 3/4 length Capri style jeans, black runners, carrying a cell phone.

Suspect #2: male, white, 45-50 years, 5"10", 160 lbs, slim build, short gray hair, clean shaven, blue jeans, blue button down shirt underneath black zippered jacket, black shoes, black computer case or briefcase, white Blue tooth earpiece.
