Offence Description:

On Thursday, October 10, 2019 at about 2:10p.m., a male suspect attended at All Eyes on Me, located at 2387 Trafalgar Road unit B3 in the town of Oakville. He advised staff he was looking for a pair of sunglasses, and was shown some different options. He requested to be shown VERSACE brand, but he was told that they did not carry it. After several minutes, after narrowing his choices down to two, he left the store, advising he had to go to the bank.

He returned to the store, engaged staff again, and tried on a few pairs of GUCCI sunglasses. He inquired on if they could perform an eye test, and was told that they could. He agreed, and provided a fictitious name.
While staff went to prepare for the exam, the suspect seized this opportunity to grab seven pairs of sunglasses and run out of the store with them. No vehicle was observed.

The suspect is described as male, white, possibly Middle Eastern, 20-25 years, 5'5"-5'6", 150 pounds, slim build, wearing gray long sleeved sweater, black shorts, black athletic flip flops with black socks, Nike Blue Jays baseball cap. Investigators believe the same individual is responsible for a similar theft on September 24, 2019 at another Oakville establishment.
