Offence Description:

On Thursday, October 10, 2019 at about 12:59p.m., the suspect approached staff outside the LCBO store located at 2025 Guelph Line in the City of Burlington, and asked if they sold any King Fisher beer. Staff recognized him as a person being responsible for a previous theft at the store, so the beer fridge area was checked and an empty store basket was found on the ground. Store CCTV footage was archived, and it revealed that the suspect entered the store, went straight to the whiskey display, selected the items, and then concealed them in his backpack. He exited the store passing all points of sale, without paying for the merchandise concealed in his backpack.

The suspect is described as male, East Indian, 30-35 years, 5'8", 150 pounds, medium build, short black hair with a full beard and mustache, black and grey backpack, blue baseball cap with white lettering, black and grey short sleeved shirt, black pants,  and white runners.
