Offence Description: On Friday 8th November 2019 at approximately 1400 hrs a male in a white hyundai sedan with a stolen rear plate, ON marker BYMK445, filled his vehicle with $65.01 in gas and made no attempts to pay and drove off. Suspect: East Indian, Beard, Dark coloured toque, blue shirt, black construction jacket with neon green reflective, silver necklace, silver bracelet on right wrist, green camo pants with a thick black strip down the side, red shoes with a black stripe.
