Offence Description:

On 06 December 2019, an unknown male suspect attended the Fortinos located at 2515 Appleby Line in Burlington and stole various merchandise from the store with a total value of $725.95. The suspect was placed under arrest by the loss prevention officer however, he escaped and fled the scene as a passenger in a black coloured Mercedes Benz. License plate not obtained.

Suspect 1: Male, White, tanned complexion, in 40's, approximately 6'1" tall and 250lbs., wearing a black colored zip-up jacket with a gray shirt underneath, black jeans, black shoes with white soles and black rim glasses.

Suspect 2: Male, black, wearing a black colored baseball hat. He is the driver of the above listed suspect vehicle. There are no photos available of the driver.
