Offence Description:

On Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at about 4:10p.m., the suspect attended  the LCBO store located at 321 Cornwall Road in the town of Oakville. He was carrying a backpack, which was noticeably flat and appeared empty. The suspect walked over to the Spirits section, and staff noticed him grabbing a bottle of Cognac off the shelf , but did not see what he did with it. He left the store a few minutes later without making any purchases, but this time, staff noticed that his backpack was now considerably enlarged. The CCTV footage was archived and the theft  of three bottles of Scotch and Cognac valued at $329.15 was confirmed. No vehicle was observed.

Suspect: Male, white, 18-20 years, 5'10", 160 pounds, blue baseball cap, black hoodie, black pants, black shoes, black backpack.
