Offence Description:

On Saturday, January 25, 2020 at about 4:36p.m., the suspect attended at the LCBO store located at 1235 Fairview Street in the City of Burlington. He went directly to the Spirits wall, waited until staff  left the area, then quickly selected and concealed two bottles of Jack Daniel's Tennessee whisky inside his jacket. He walked over to the beer fridge, grabbed two cans, and went up to the cash register area. He waited for several seconds before exiting the line, put the beer down and then left the store without paying for the merchandise concealed in his jacket. No vehicle was observed. Staff recognized him from previous incidents at the store.

Suspect: Male, white, 60-65 years, 5'9", 170 pounds, grey beard, glasses, grey and green jacket, black jeans, black shoes, grey hat pulled down partially obstructing face.
