Offence Description:

On Saturday, January 25, 2020 at about 10:03a.m., the suspect attended at the LCBO located at 3365 Fairview Street in the City of Burlington. He walked to the Vodka section, selected two bottles, and placed one of them down the front of his pants. He went to the front check out, where he attempted to pay using a debit card, however the transaction was unsuccessful. Staff, who suspected him of other thefts, confronted him and told him to remove the bottle from the front of his pants, which he did and he placed it on the counter. He exited the store, still in possession of the other bottle. No vehicle was observed.

Suspect: Male, white, 60-65 years, 5'7", 160 pounds, grey hair, black rimmed glasses, dark coat with hood, blue jeans, black boots, plaid shirt.
