Offence Description:

On Thursday, January 30, 2020 at about 10:05a.m. the suspect attended at the LCBO store located at 413 Elizabeth Street in the City of Burlington. He went to the cooler aisle, picked up a can, and then went over to the Gin aisle, where he selected  and then concealed a bottle of Beefeater London Dry inside his jacket. Staff approached to see if he required assistance, at which point he quickly exited the store without paying, throwing down the can along the way. No vehicle was observed. Staff recognized him as being in the store previously and committing similar thefts at this location.

Suspect: Male, white, late 50's, 5'9", 160 pounds, pencil thin black mustache, brown jacket, green reusable Freshco bag.
