Offence Description:

On January 28th, 2020 at approximately 11:15 am, the male suspect attended the LCBO store located at 251 Oak Walk Drive in Oakville, selected multiple bottles from the Scotch Whiskey shelves and placed them into a store basket. The male continued through the store and transferred some of the selected products into a cardboard box. He then attended the front of the store. Once at the checkout lanes, it appears the suspect stood back waiting for the area at the exit to clear. The suspect fled the store without making any attempt to pay for the items contained in the basket and box.

The suspect was observed entering into an awaiting vehicle, described as a dark blue Honda sedan, possibly a Civic. No driver description was obtained.

Suspect Description: male, white, 35-40 years, 5'10” and 160 pounds, wearing a black leather jacket, black hat, black t-shirt and acid wash jeans.
