Offence Description:

On Monday, February 3, 2020 at about 4:57p.m., the suspect attended the LCBO store located at 1235 Fairview Street in the city of Burlington. He grabbed a bottle of liqueur, and then walked to the whisky aisle, selected a bottle, and concealed it inside his jacket. He grabbed a bottle of Southern Comfort next, and walked to the cash register area holding it and the liqueur in his hands. At aisle # 6, he placed the liqueur and Southern Comfort on the belt, and  claimed to have forgotten his wallet outside . He then exited the store without paying for the merchandise concealed inside his jacket. No vehicle was observed.

Suspect: Male, white, 19-22 years, 5'5"-5'6", 140-150 pounds, short brown hair, black coat with pink lining, black t-shirt with pink lettering, black Puma runners with white bottoms, crooked teeth.
