Youth Impact Awards

Do you know a young person who has made significant personal strides or positively impacted their peers or community?

How about a Halton Regional Police Service officer who has created an impactful youth-facing program, been a strong mentor to a young person, or has invested in the well-being and growth of a young person/people?

Each year, the HRPS hosts the Youth Impact Awards to recognize and celebrate our officers and those from the community who have had a positive impact on local youth.

All youth nominees must be between the ages of 13 and 18 and reside in Halton. All officer nominees must be currently serving with the HRPS.

Winners are selected by the HRPS Youth Advisory Council (YAC), and presented at a ceremony held during National Youth Week.

Note: Applications are currently closed but will re-open in Spring 2026.
