Investigators Searching for Four Suspects in Burlington Home Invasion
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is searching for four suspects following a home invasion in Burlington.
On May 15, 2026, at approximately 2:40 a.m. four suspects broke into a home in the area of Lakeshore Rd. and Belvenia Rd. One suspect used a hammer to break the door glass to allow entry to the residence.
An adult female resident of the home woke to the sound of breaking glass and was confronted by the suspects. One suspect was armed with a handgun who pointed it at the victim while the remaining suspects searched the home for valuables. Cash, jewelry and other valuables were taken and the suspects fled the residence.
The suspects are described as four males, all wearing hooded sweaters and face coverings.
The victim was not physically injured.
Investigators are appealing to the public for any video footage (dashcam or surveillance) from the area of Lakeshore Road and Belvenia Road between 2:20 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.
