Missing Person: Kathleen Rand
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Oakville woman.
Kathleen Rand (22) of Oakville was last seen in the area of Dundas Street West and Third Line in Oakville on the morning of August 13, 2026. She is of no fixed address and is known to frequent the Oakville and Burlington areas.
Kathleen is described as:
- Female
- White
- Approximately 5’6” tall, 160 pounds
- Red hair
A photo of Kathleen is attached.
Police and family are concerned for her well-being.
Anyone with information about Kathleen or her possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905 825 4777.
