Multiple Suspects Sought in Burlington Jewelry Store Robbery

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is searching for multiple suspects following a smash and grab jewelry store robbery in Burlington.

On February 20, 2026, at approximately 7:50 p.m. four suspects entered Charm Diamond Centres located at 900 Maple Avenue, Burlington, Mapleview Mall, where they used hammers to break and access numerous display cases containing jewelry. Multiple pieces of jewelry were stolen and the suspects fled in a waiting black Honda CRV, possibly driven by a fifth suspect.

The suspects observed inside the jewelry store are described male, 5’5” to 5’8” in height, with small builds, wearing dark coloured clothing and face coverings.

There were no reported physical injuries to staff members or mall patrons.

Anyone with information regarding this investigation, including anyone who may have security or dash cam video from the area around the time of the offence, is asked to contact the 3 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 2316.
