Pedestrian Struck By a Vehicle in Oakville
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is requesting assistance from the public following a hit and run investigation in Oakville.
On January 23, 2026, at approximately 11:10 am, HRPS officers responded to the intersection of Dundas Street East and Oak Park Boulevard where investigation determined a 67 year old female pedestrian was struck by a passing vehicle. The suspect vehicle failed to remain at the scene.
The victim was transported to hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.
The HRPS is attempting to identify the suspect vehicle and is requesting anyone with information regarding this investigation, including any security or dash cam video from the area of Dundas St. E. and Oak Park Blvd on January 23, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. to contact Constable Madison Hall at Madison.hall@haltonpolice.ca
