Police Arrest Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist in Milton

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has arrested an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapist working in Milton.

HRPS began an investigation after receiving a complaint concerning a therapist on staff at Spectacokids, located on Bronte Street South in Milton.

As a result of the investigation conducted by the HRPS Child Abuse and Sexual Assault (CASA) Unit, Muaz Sarfraz (25), of Mississauga, was arrested on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. He has been charged with six counts of Assault, one count of Assault with a Weapon and one count of Assault Causing Bodily Harm.

Sarfraz was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

The alleged offences occurred during recent therapy sessions at the Bronte Street South location. During the investigation, police identified two victims. Both victims are children with autism who were alone with the accused at the time of the offences.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims. A photo of Sarfraz is attached to this media release.
