Retail Theft – Occurrence Number: 2026-13086

On December 26, 2025, at approximately 6:48pm, the suspects entered Canadian Tire, located at 2070 Appleby line in the City of Burlington. The suspects completed a “quick change” sleight of hand scam, and as a result, did not pay upwards of $1,200 for the property they had selected.

Suspect 1: Female, Eastern European, 40-50 years-old, wearing eyeglasses, a long black coat, black sneakers, and beige purse.

Suspect 2: Female, Eastern European, 20-30 years-old, long dark hair, wearing a black sweater with GAP written in blue, jeans, and black shoes.
