Identification Sought Following Indecent Act on GO Train

As a result of follow up investigation by members of the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau the suspect in this incident has been identified.
On January 2, 2026, a 44 year old male of Brampton, was arrested and charged with one count of Indecent Act.
The accused was released on an Undertaking with a future court date in Milton.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a male who masturbated in the presence of a female passenger while onboard a GO Train.
The incident took place on Saturday April 26, 2025, at approximately 4:12 pm. While onboard the Lakeshore GO Train travelling from Fairview Burlington Station to Toronto Union Station the suspect continuously masturbated over his pants while staring at the female passenger.
The suspect is described as a white male with a scruffy grey and brown beard, wearing a black beanie, blue jacket, light grey hoodie, light coloured sweatpants, carrying a navy blue bag.
The female victim did not sustain any physical injuries.
