Burlington Man Charged with Multiple Criminal Offences
In May, 2026 members of the Halton Regional Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (I.C.E) commenced an investigation involving a social media application.
As a result of this investigation Mark Kiczorowski (34) of Burlington was arrested on September 10, 2026 and charged with the following:
- Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Accessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Voyeurism (10 Counts)
- Mischief Under $5,000 (5 Counts)
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.
The voyeurism charges stem from the surreptitious recording of individuals at various locations across Burlington. Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims and are asking anyone with information to contact D/Cst Verreault of the HRPS Internet Child Exploitation Unit (I.C.E) at 905-825-4747 x8986.
