Sexual Assault Arrest in Burlington
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has made an arrest and laid charges in connection with a Sexual Assault investigation in Burlington.
The adult female victim was assaulted recently when she attended Vape on Plains II located at 1376 Plains Road East in Burlington. The suspect was identified as the owner of the store, Mouhamad “Frank” Sabra, a 64-year-old resident of Burlington. Sabra also owns a second location named, Vape on Plains (located at 70 Plains Road West).
The assault took place when the victim was alone in the store with the accused.
On September 8, 2026, investigators arrested Sabra. He has been charged with one count of Sexual Assault and one count of Failing to Comply with a Probation Order. The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Investigators believe that there may be additional victims and have attached a photo of the accused to this media release.
