The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has released its 2025 Annual Report, now available online.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is warning residents about an increase in home repair scams targeting homeowners in Burlington.

The Halton Police Board has approved a $25,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those involved in the disappearance of Irma Galastica, or credible details confirming her current location.

On March 19th, 2026, at approximately 12:30pm, a female suspect attended the Real Canadian Superstore located at 920 Main Street East in the Town of Milton.

On March 3, 2026 at approximately 8:40am, Halton Regional Police were notified of a serious motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Regional Road 25 and 32 Sideroad in Acton.

The Halton Regional Police Board has approved the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) to opt out of the Federal Assault-Style Firearms Compensation Program (ASFCP).

On January 21, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., an unknown suspect attended LA Fitness located at 1326 Brant Street in the City of Burlington.

On January 24, 2026, at approximately 3:40p.m., a female suspect entered Taste Buds Cannabis/Smoke Shack located at 26 Main Street East in the Town of Milton.  

On February 8, 2026 at approximately 5:00 p.m., four suspects (2 male and 2 female) entered the Playlicious indoor play centre located at 3280 South Service Road West in Oakville.
