On March 28, 2024, the Halton Police Board approved the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan that will help guide the Halton Regional Police Service’s priorities over the next four years.

On January 18, 2024, at approximately 11 pm, three armed suspects entered the garage of a home on Robert Street in downtown Milton.  Two people who were working inside the garage at the time the suspects entered were forced into the home.

On January 14, 2024, at approximately 12:00 a.m., three suspects entered a home on Commercial Street in Milton via an unlocked front door.
