Crime Stoppers of Halton has launched a new campaign focused on targeting Human Trafficking crimes across the Greater, Golden Horseshoe Area.
Human trafficking is the act of recruiting and exerting control over someone's movements with the intent to exploit them, most commonly through forced labor or sexual exploitation. The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has made an arrest and laid multiple charges as a result of a two month Human Trafficking Investigation.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has arrested and charged an adult male in Milton.
On March 23, 2025 at 11:30 pm a male suspect attended the Shoppers Drug Mart located at 6951 Derry Road and approached a female inquiring about a product in the store. The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a male who on two separate occasions masturbated in the presence of females while onboard a GO Train.
