Impaired Driving Offences Within Halton Region

​On July 13, 2019, just before 4:00 am, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Felan Avenue and Herald Avenue in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, Jaime Chalmers (26) of Burlington was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 13, 2019, just before 9:30 pm, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Eastport Drive and Lakeshore Road in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Davis Anders (22) of Milton was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 13, 2019, just before 10:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Guelph Line and Campbellville Road in Milton. As a result of an investigation, Danny Liswaniso (51) of Milton was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 13, 2019, just before 11:30 pm, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Eastport Drive and Lakeshore Road in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Jordan Taylor (34) of Dunnville was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 14, 2019, just after 1:30 am, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Guelph Line and Fairview Street in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Liam O'Driscoll (24) of Burlington was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 14, 2019, just before 8:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Cavendish Drive and Ingersoll Drive in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Radoslaw Kiecz (35) of Georgetown was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 14, 2019, just after 11:02 am, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Guelph Street and Mary Street in Georgetown. As a result of an investigation, Uttam Dalal (42) of Brampton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

The Halton Regional Police Service remains committed to road safety through prevention, education and enforcement initiatives.

Members of the public are reminded that driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol is a crime in progress and to call 9-1-1 immediately to report a suspected impaired driver.
