The Halton Regional Police Service will be conducting renovations to its 11 Division station located at 217 Guelph Street in Georgetown. The renovations are expected to run for approximately 6 weeks and will begin on Monday July 6, 2020.
During this time, the station will remain fully functional for officers. Currently, due to COVID-19, all Halton Regional Police Service locations are closed for non-emergencies. Should that change during the renovation period, 11 Division will remain closed to the public and there will be no access to the community room, front doors, public washroom or lobby.
Throughout the closure, there will be no disruption of service to residents of Georgetown and Halton Hills. Officers will continue to patrol and respond to calls in the community with the same high level of service.
The non-emergency number for residents requiring police assistance remains (905) 825-4747. As always, the public is asked to call 911 in case of emergency.
