Impaired Driving Offences Within Halton Region

​On July 24, 2020, just before 7:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Dundas Street East and Trafalgar Road in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, Adelina Correia (62) of Mississauga was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 24, 2020, just before 8:30 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a collision in the area of Winston Churchill Boulevard and the Queen Elizabeth Way in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, Joseph Doherty (39) of Stoney Creek was charged with operation while impaired.

On July 25, 2020, just before 2:30 am, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Martin Street and Steeles Avenue East in Milton. As a result of an investigation, Faisal Choudary (25) of Milton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 25, 2020, just after 5:30 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Coxe Boulevard and Coulson Avenue in Milton. As a result of an investigation, Danielle Dubek (29) of Milton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 25, 2020, just before 8:30 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Lakeshore Road and Mississauga Street in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, John Muldoon (34) of Leduc was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 26, 2020, just after 9:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Fourth Line and Number 22 Side Road in Halton Hills. As a result of an investigation, Paul Germann (51) of Toronto was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 26, 2020, just before10:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Guelph Line and Palmer Drive in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Diangelo Coverley (30) of Toronto was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 26, 2020, just before 11:30 pm, Halton Police officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. initiative in the area of Tremaine Road and Steeles Avenue East in Milton. As a result of this initiative, Jaskaran Singh (20) of Barrie was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On July 27, 2020, just before 2:30 am, Halton Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Maple Crossing Boulevard and Freeman Street in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Milosh Randjelovic (30) of Mississauga was charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand.

Members of the public are reminded that driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol is a crime in progress and to call 9-1-1 immediately to report a suspected impaired driver. ​
