Suspect Arrested after Hit and Run Collisions in Milton and Oakville

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has made an arrest and laid nearly a dozen charges after a search for a suspect involved in hit and run collisions in both Milton and Oakville.
On April 17, 2024, at approximately 12:15 pm the accused was driving a stolen red Jeep Cherokee at a high rate of speed and proceeded through a red light at the intersection of Louis St. Laurent Avenue and Farmstead Drive in Milton. On Monday March 25 2024, at approximately midnight, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) responded to a home invasion in the area of Upper Middle Road and Third Line in Oakville. On March 25th, 2024, members of the Halton Regional Police Service Regional Drugs and Organized Crime Unit concluded a four-month investigation dubbed Project Fade. On April 2, 2024, at approximately 2:15 pm the Halton Regional Police Service responded to the Milton Go station, located at 780 Main Street East, in response to a report of a male attempting to steal vehicles parked within the Go lot.
