This missing person has been located safe and well. We would like to thank the public and our media partners for their assistance in this matter.
The Halton Regional Police is asking for assistance in locating a missing 71 year old man from the City of Burlington. David Harris was last seen by family on May 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Rotary Way and Dundas Street area of Burlington. Harris likes to go for walks, however, he usually notifies family members when he does so.
Mr. Harris has Alzheimer's and other medical conditions which require him to take regular medication. Police and the missing person's family are concerned for his well-being. It is believed he went for a walk and became lost or disoriented. Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating him.
He is described as: Male, white, approximately 5'10" in height, with a slim build. He wears black rimmed glasses and has thin grey-white hair with facial growth. He is believed to be on foot, however, it is unknown at this time when he left his residence.
