The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has arrested five males, and laid multiple charges after a stolen vehicle was located in Oakville.

On May 2, 2025, at 2:30 am, HRPS officers observed a stolen Honda Civic travelling in the area of Ninth Line and Dundas Street East. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle however the driver refused and fled the area. Officers searched the area and located the vehicle on Presquile Drive where the vehicle was found disabled after colliding with a curb. The vehicle occupants fled on foot and attempted to escape through residence back yards, however were quickly and safely apprehended by responding officers.

Investigation determined the vehicle to be stolen out of Toronto.

As a result of the investigation the following have been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Over $5000.

  • Justin Goulbourne (19) of North York
  • Laamaani Hall (19) of Etobicoke
  • 16 year old male resident of Montreal
  • 15 year old male resident of North York
  • 14 year old male resident of Toronto

All were held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.

A general provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (Y.C.J.A.) prohibits the release of the name of a Young Person, and therefore, the identities of the young persons charged in this investigation are protected.
