The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing and vulnerable 97-year-old female from Burlington.

Asta Johannson was last seen between 11:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. on September 2, 2025 in the area of 500 Appleby Line in Burlington.

Asta is described as:

  • Female
  • White
  • 5’7” tall with a slim build
  • Short grey hair
  • Wearing a grey sweater, blue jeans, and white t-shirt with blue flowers
  • Using a blue walker

A photo of Asta is attached.

Asta is vulnerable and police and are concerned for her well-being.

Anyone with information about Asta or her possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905 825 4777.
